Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Proxy-Prints. They are the agreement between you and Proxy Prints LLC for every order you place with us.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Proxy-Prints website and services, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to the policies they incorporate by reference: our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Copyright and DMCA Policy. You accept these terms at checkout when you place an order. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who We Are

Proxy-Prints is operated by Proxy Prints LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States. You can reach us at support@proxy-prints.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you order on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.

4. Products and Services

Proxy-Prints provides a printing service only. We do not claim ownership of any card artwork. Card images are sourced from publicly available databases. Free digital downloads of card images are available by emailing support@proxy-prints.com.

Proxy-Prints produces high-quality proxy cards for Magic: The Gathering. Our products are intended exclusively for:

  • Playtesting and casual home games
  • Kitchen table and non-sanctioned play
  • Personal use and collection display

Our proxy cards are not intended for use in sanctioned tournaments, competitive events, or resale as authentic cards. Proxy-Prints is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro. We also sell merchandise such as apparel and accessories, which is printed to order in standard designs.

5. Custom Uploads and Card Studio

Some products let you upload your own images or design cards. When you do, you confirm that you own the images or have permission to use and print them, and that they do not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and print those images solely to fulfill your order.

We may refuse, hold, or remove any upload at our discretion, including content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexual, or that depicts minors inappropriately. Uploaded images are retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright and DMCA Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell our proxy cards, or present them, to anyone as genuine Magic: The Gathering cards
  • Use our products in sanctioned tournaments or competitive events
  • Use a stolen payment method or otherwise commit fraud
  • Scrape, automate, overload, or interfere with the website, or circumvent order limits, pricing, or security controls
  • Use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose

We may cancel orders and refuse future service for violations of this section.

7. Ordering and Pricing

Current pricing and order requirements:

  • Standard proxy cards: from $0.40 per card for decks of 90 or more cards; smaller decks and individual sheet cards are $0.50 per card
  • Foil proxy cards: $2.00 per card for foil sheets; prebuilt and imported foil decks are $1.00 per card
  • Custom uploads: $0.75 per card standard, $2.50 per card foil
  • Minimum cards per deck: 18 cards
  • Maximum cards per deck: 360 cards (split into multiple decks for larger orders)
  • Minimum order total: $12.50
  • Sheet cards: standard and rainbow-foil sheet cards (singles, foil sheets, custom uploads, Card Studio cards, and Secret Lair drops) are sold as completely filled 18-card sheets, so each finish must total a multiple of 18 per order; checkout can fill your last sheet with extra copies of cards already in your cart (decks and full sets are unaffected)

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the payment-confirmed order email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. Prices are subject to change without notice and are listed in US dollars.

Taxes: Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Arizona. UK orders include 20% VAT. Canadian orders include applicable GST, HST, or PST (5-15% depending on province). Taxes are shown on the payment page before you pay.

8. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. We accept major credit cards and other supported payment methods. Full payment is required before production begins. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

9. Production and Shipping

Orders are custom printed on S33 German Black Core cardstock. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, all 27 EU member states, and Australia. Current estimated timelines and rates:

  • US shipping: $5.99 flat rate, or FREE on orders of $75 or more; arrives in about 14 days (14-17 days on average)
  • Canada shipping: $29.99 flat rate; arrives in about 14 days (14-17 days on average)
  • UK and EU shipping: $39.99 flat rate, or $29.99 on orders of $75 or more; arrives in 8-10 weeks
  • Australia shipping: $49.99 flat rate; arrives in 8-12 weeks

Times shown are total calendar days from order to delivery. Delivery times may vary based on demand and carrier performance, and we have peak periods where orders run slower than the ranges above. 10. Refunds, Reprints, and Cancellations

Every card order is printed to your specification, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns or offer refunds for custom-printed cards once production has started.

If your cards arrive damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or missing, contact us at support@proxy-prints.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We will reprint the affected cards or refund them, at our option, at no cost to you. Defective merchandise is replaced on the same terms.

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing us. After that window, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled or modified. The full policy is at Refund and Cancellation Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Proxy-Prints website, including logos, branding, and site design, is the property of Proxy Prints LLC. Magic: The Gathering card names, artwork, and related intellectual property belong to Wizards of the Coast / Hasbro. Proxy-Prints does not claim ownership of any Magic: The Gathering intellectual property. Our products are clearly marked as proxy cards and are not intended to be passed off as authentic products.

We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and to equivalent complaints from other countries. How to send a notice or counter-notice, and our repeat-infringer policy, are in the Copyright and DMCA Policy.

13. Promotions and Referrals

Coupons and store credit are single use unless stated otherwise, are not transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. The referral program's terms are on the Refer and Earn page. If you share a referral code publicly, you must disclose that you earn store credit when it is used.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live that cannot be limited by contract.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proxy Prints LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This section does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Proxy Prints LLC harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from images you upload, your misuse of our products, or your breach of these terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer outside the United States, this section does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.

18. General Terms

  • Entire agreement: these terms and the policies they reference are the whole agreement between you and us for your order.
  • Severability: if any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment: we may assign these terms to a successor of the business; you may not assign them without our consent.
  • Force majeure: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, supplier outages, and natural disasters.
  • Notices: we send notices about your order to the email address you provide at checkout.

19. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order; your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
