Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Proxy-Prints website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Proxy-Prints produces high-quality proxy cards for Magic: The Gathering. Our products are intended exclusively for:

• Playtesting and casual home games
• Kitchen table and non-sanctioned play
• Personal use and collection display

Our proxy cards are not intended for use in sanctioned tournaments, competitive events, or resale as authentic cards. Proxy-Prints is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro.

Current pricing and order requirements:

• Standard proxy cards: $0.35 per card
• Foil proxy cards: $1.75 per card
• Minimum cards per deck: 18 cards
• Maximum cards per deck: 200 cards (split into multiple decks for larger orders)
• Minimum order total: $12.50

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in USD. Tax may apply for Canadian orders (GST/HST/PST at 5–15% depending on province).

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Google Pay, and Link by Stripe. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

Orders are custom printed on S33 German Black Core cardstock. Current estimated timelines:

• Production:7–10 business days
• US shipping: $5.99 flat rate, or FREE on orders of 100+ total cards
• Canada shipping: $29.99 flat rate for all orders

Delivery times may vary based on demand and carrier performance. We ship via USPS for domestic and USPS International for Canadian orders.

Because all orders are custom printed to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

If you receive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect cards, please contact us at support@proxy-prints.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a reprint or refund at no additional cost.

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at support@proxy-prints.com. After this window, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled or modified. We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

All original content on the Proxy-Prints website, including logos, branding, and site design, is the property of Proxy Prints LLC. Magic: The Gathering card names, artwork, and related intellectual property belong to Wizards of the Coast / Hasbro. Proxy-Prints does not claim ownership of any Magic: The Gathering intellectual property. Our products are clearly marked as proxy cards and are not intended to be passed off as authentic products.

Our Waifu Collection features anime-style alternate art proxy cards. Some designs may contain artistic content intended for audiences aged 18 and older. By purchasing Waifu cards, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Proxy-Prints is not responsible for any offense taken by the artistic content of these cards.

Proxy Prints LLC provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
