Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information at Proxy-Prints.

Last updated: March 31, 2026

1Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when placing an order:

  • Name, email address, and shipping address
  • Order details (deck lists, card selections, quantities)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our site, including device type, browser, pages visited, and interaction data through analytics services.

2How We Use Your Information

  • Process and fulfill your orders
  • Send order confirmations and shipping notifications
  • Respond to customer support inquiries
  • Improve our website, products, and services
  • Analyze site usage to enhance the user experience
  • Prevent fraud and ensure site security

3Analytics

We use the following analytics services to understand how visitors use our site:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)— Collects anonymized usage data such as page views, session duration, and traffic sources.
  • Microsoft Clarity— Records anonymized session replays and heatmaps to help us understand how users interact with our site. Clarity automatically masks sensitive input fields.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)— Manages the deployment of our analytics tags. GTM itself does not collect personal data.

These services may use cookies and similar technologies. You can manage your cookie preferences through the consent banner shown on your first visit.

4Local Storage

We use your browser's local storage to save non-personal preferences such as your cookie consent choice, shopping cart contents, and UI settings. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

5Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate our business:

  • WooCommerce & Stripe— Order processing and secure payment handling. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified.
  • PythonAnywhere— Hosts our backend API for order processing and deck validation.
  • Cloudflare R2— Stores and serves card artwork and catalog data.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

6Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the service providers listed above as necessary to fulfill your orders and operate our website.

7Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, secure payment processing through Stripe, and restricted access to personal data. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights, including the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@proxy-prints.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that information.
